Before choosing

Frequently asked questions

Which property investment should I consider first?

Start with your actual objective: regular income, tax relief, wealth building, transfer to heirs or a discounted purchase. The right scheme then depends on the location, price, personal tax position and acceptable level of management.

Why compare LMNP, unfurnished rental and bare ownership?

These three approaches do not meet the same need. LMNP often targets furnished-rental income, unfurnished rental favours stability, and bare ownership mainly seeks a discount with limited management during the split-ownership period.
